Swarf Extraction Unit
These swarf extraction units have been developed for the safe and effective removal of swarf and smaller particulates during processes such as routing, mechanical engraving, grinding and lathing. The pumps used in the swarf extractor are brushless and designed for continuous running with minimum 30,000 hours use before servicing. They generate high vacuums and are quiet in operation. The large capacity bag filter has a very high efficiency and can easily be emptied and re-used.
Swarf extraction nosecone
This nosecone easily fits onto the bottom of a standard spindle for removal of swarf and debris whilst engraving. An extraction unit and hose will be required to use this correctly.
Light Touch Cutter Knob
Provides light, even pressure allowing the tool to “float” over any irregularities in the material. Essential for making smooth lines with a constant width. Makes burnishing simple.
Machine Clamps
This clamp is designed to hold down square or rectangular plates. By using the “V” cut-out of the clamp with the corner of the plate, the engraver is allowed maximum engraving space. The back of the clamp is also stepped to hold thicker materials. This can also be used to hold thick pieces of material by reversing the clamp. Fits most T-slot tables.
Cylindrical Attachment
Available on rotary models: Xenetech 1313, 1625, 2525 and 2550. This attachment allows engraving on tankards, glasses and other cylindrical items. It can accommodate sizes up to 171.5 mm (6.75″) in diameter and 349.2 mm (13.75″) in length. The fixture is capable of engraving a full 360 degree around an object. Optional 3 Jaw Chuck allows the holding of smaller items like pens, PVC pipe, copper pipe, etc. from 3.18 mm (0.125″) diameter by 349.2 mm (13.75″) in length.
Ring Attachment
Available on rotary models: Xenetech 1313, 1625, 2525 and 2550. This attachment allows engraving on the inside and outside of rings.
Holding Jigs
To accommodate a wide variety of objects including pens, watches, medals and jewellery.
Holding Vices
The self-centring vices are provided with a mount for jigs. The flat design also allows the engraving of larger parts. An adapter plate helps the vice to align quickly and easily.
